For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X7, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Mistichskaya (Angela tube) 

which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit, Love Me Not by Scrappin With Lil Ole Me

available at Twilight Scraps

and at Pics For Design 

Font of choice, I am using Scriptina

Plugins: No outside plugins used

Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 950 x 950 pixels with a white background

Open element 86 copy and paste as a new layer, resize 80%

click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, selections, invert

open paper 4 copy and paste as a new layer 

click delete on your keyboard,

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize by 65%

arrange in your frame

erase the bits that hang out of your frame where you don't want them

Now add your elements

element 177 resize 120% arrange above tube layer, duplicate and drag one layer below the frame and background paper, now take your eraser tool and erase on the top copy right where it touches the frame on the top left corner. Erase where it goes over her face and wing and her one arm by her wing

Now it should look like it goes over the frame on the bottom and left and under the frame on the top and the right side

element 189 arrange on bottom right, just above the white background, duplicate & flip, merge 

these two layers together, duplicate & mirror, merge these two layers together

element 47 resize 40% arrange across the bottom

element 97 resize 60% arrange on left side 

element 17 resize 60% arrange on left below element 97

element 39 resize 60% arrange below the little wooden sign that is on the bottom

element 42 resize 45% arrange on the left side of the wooden sign

element 173 resize 45% arrange below the sign on the left, duplicate & mirror, merge them together

element 8 resize 30% mirror & arrange on the right side of the sign

element 120 resize 25% arrange in front of the heart

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save

Add the following:

element 30 arrange just below center of canvas
element 79 arrange below the fence, duplicate twice, pull upwards, merge the 3 together
element 80 arrange on the left side between the fence and the element 70 grass

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, mirror, arrange on right side of the fence

Open element 33, take your magic wand set on rectangle, draw out a rectangle or square shape
on the poster, invert, take your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange in the
rectangle of marching ants, click delete on your keyboard, deselect
copy merged and paste as a new layer on your tag, resize 40% arrange on the fence

element 78 resize 60% arrange between the fence & grass on the left
element 92 arrange between grass and wanted poster
element 31 resize 75% arrange on bottom left

Copy and paste paper 4 above the white background
apply your mask, merge group

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer

arrange in your frame

now add your elements:

element 40  arrange on top left, duplicate & mirror, merge together,

duplicate & drag down

element 75 arrange at the bottom of the frame layer

element 92 arrange in the opening of the white flowers, duplicate, drag up and right,

duplicate, mirror

element 28 arrange on bottom left

element 107 resize 55% arrange over the flowers

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save

click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, selections, invert

open paper 12 copy and paste as a new layer 

click delete on your keyboard,

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize by 60%

arrange in your frame

erase the bits that hang out of your frame where you don't want them

Now add your elements

element 68 resize 55% arrange on the bottom right corner

element 86 resize 60% arrange on right side, duplicate, rotate right 90, mirror

duplicate the ones on the top right again, resize 70%, mirror and drag back over to the right

duplicate the one on the bottom, resize 85%, flip

element 82 arrange between the two layers of flowers on top right, 

duplicate, resize 70% mirror, drag back to right and arrange below the original

element 43 resize 85% arrange on the left side & under  all the flowers at the top right, duplicate

drag to the right

element 88 resize 60% rotate left 90 arrange just above the other flowers on the bottom

element 87 resize 60% arrange between where the top flowers and the ones on the bottom come together

duplicate one of the leaves layers, rotate left 90, arrange under the flowers on the bottom

element 48 resize 45% arrange on the bottom in front of the clock

element 71 resize 65% arrange on right, between the flower and clock

crop and resize
