For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Alicia Mujica (Easter Surprise) which you need a license to use. 

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit by Graphics of Fantasy, which you can buy at

Graphics of Fantasy Store, PFD, Scraps From the Heart, and S&Co

Font of choice, I am using Nella Sue

Mask of your choice, the one I used is no longer available online

Plugins: No outside plugins used
I do use Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow on all my copyrights/credits layers
I do this because some forums will make a .png tag show up with a black background and then your
copyright doesn't show.

Open a new canvas 850 x 850 pixels with a white background

open your tube copy and paste as a new layer resize 40%

add the following elements

element 44 arrange below the tube layer

element 50 arrange below the stones layer

element 36 resize  20% arrange to the left of and below the tube layer

element 98 resize  20% arrange in front of element 36, behind the tube layer

element 64 resize  20% arrange in front of the tube's foot on the right

frame 4 resize  75% arrange between the stones & grass layer

element 57 resize  65% arrange on left side of frame

element 101 resize  45% arrange on left, just below stones layer, duplicate & mirror

element 19 resize  40% arrange between the frame and grass layer on the left

element 46 resize  30%  and mirror, arrange on left, below stones layer

element 20 resize  30% arrange in one of the cracks in the stone on the right

element 1 resize  15% arrange in front of element 20 on the stones

element 21 resize  15% arrange by the flower in the stones

element 6 resize  15% arrange behind the leaves on the stones

element 109 resize  15% arrange on lantern on the left

element 33 resize  35% arrange on right side of frame, duplicate & mirror

Add paper 1 just above the white background layer

add your mask

crop and resize
add your copyright and credits as needed
add your text and save

Bunny Bug's Easter

open 99 copy and paste as a new layer resize 115% rotate left by 90
click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, selections, invert
open paper 6 copy and paste as a new layer, drag it down so the lighter part of the paper is showing in the frame  and then click delete on your keyboard,

open your tube copy and paste as a new layer resize 65%

arrange in the frame, erase the parts that hang out below the frame that you don't want showing

deselect

Now we'll add our elements, I'll tell you approximately where I place them, but you can look at my example tag for a better idea of where they're placed

element 55 resize  75  arrange in the center on the bottom

element 59 resize  75% arrange on the left side

element 72 resize  65% rotate right 15 arrange below the other flowers on the bottom left erase the bits that hang out too far, duplicate, rotate right 45, arrange a little higher up above the other pink flowers

element 5 resize  45% arrange just to the left of the tube's elbow on left side, below the tube layer

element 62 resize  45% arrange between the two flower layers on the left where the bottom and top layer come together (element 55 & 59)

element 53 resize  55% arrange in the center on the bottom

element 28 resize 55 % arrange to the right of the flowers on the bottom

element 7 resize  35% arrange on the bottom right, in front of the egg you just placed

element 39 resize  25% arrange in the flowers on the bottom left, duplicate, resize 65% arrange on the

right, duplicate & mirror, and drag back to the right, below the first duplicate

element 43 resize  45% arrange behind large egg on the bottom, duplicate & mirror, drag over beside original layer

crop and resize

Patty Bunny

open element 90 copy and paste as a new layer resize 115%
click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, add a new raster layer below the frame

make sure you are on the new raster layer

open paper 10 copy and paste into selection, selections, invert

Open your tube, resize 65%

arrange in the frame, take your eraser tool and erase  the parts you don't want hanging out of the frame

Now for our elements, you can check my example tag if you need a better idea of placement

element 34 arrange on bottom left side of frame, duplicate & mirror

duplicate the one on the left again, and rotate left 45 and arrange on the bottom in the center

element 134 resize  35% arrange just below & to the right of the center white flower on the left side

duplicate & mirror, duplicate again, drag up under the ribbon, duplicate and mirror

element 74 resize  35% arrange in the center, duplicate 3 times and arrange on top left & right of the 

ribbon/flower element (#34) arrange the other on the right side, and another on bottom in center area

element 152 resize  30% arrange on bottom near center, duplicate 3 more times, arrange one higher up to the left, the other two go at the top edges on each of the sides

element 31resize 45 % arrange on bottom right

element 33 resize  35% arrange in between the flower layers on the left side

element 130 resize  30% arrange by the sign on the bottom right

I ended up erasing some of the flowers from the cluster that showed below the bunny feet

element 32 resize 25% arrange just above the frame layer on the bottom center

element 2 leave in the center, apply Mura Meisters Copies set to encircle and use the default settings

resize 80% and drag to the bottom, just above the white background layer

duplicate, mirror, resize 80% and drag it over to the bottom right

element 67 resize  65% arrange behind the element 104 on the bottom right

element 5 resize  75% arrange behind the other flowers on the bottom right

duplicate, rotate left by 25, mirror, drag back over and place behind the original element 5 layer

element 25 resize 55 % arrange between the two weeds & rocks elements on the bottom right

element 40, erase the chain part and arrange between the rock & lighthouse on bottom right

element 42 resize  35% arrange in front of the lighthouse

element 48 resize  35% arrange in front of rock, on the bottom in the center area

element 80 resize 125% arrange just above the white background layer, at the top of the frame,

duplicate & drag the duplicate layer down to the bottom of the frame, merge these two layers together

Country Girl

Copy and paste paper 7 above the white background

apply your mask
resize 90% and duplicate a few times to make it darker, then merge them together

crop and resize

Miss Buzzy Bee

Open paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer above the white background

I resized mine 90% and duplicated it because it was a little big and 

a little too light.

Delete the following layers, CR, 12, 11, and 10

Resize the template 75%

Fill the layers with papers, to do this make sure the layer you want to fill has been clicked on in your layer palette.
Click inside the shape with your magic wand, selections, modify, invert, open your paper, copy and paste as a new layer,
click delete on your keyboard.
Delete the original template layer

layer 1 use paper 5

layer 2 use paper 5

layer 3 use paper 6

layer 4 use paper 19

layer 5 leave as is
layer 6 use paper 18

layer 7 use paper 19

layer 8 leave as is

Make the center circle layer active, selections, select all, float, invert,

copy and paste your tube as a new layer, arrange over the circle, take your eraser tool, erase the pats that hang over the bottom

Now we'll add our elements, check my tag for exact placement reference

element 48 resize  25% arrange on the bottom right, duplicate 3 times and arrange across the bottom

you may want to mirror one or two

element 92 resize  35% arrange behind the flowers on the left, duplicate & mirror

element 21resize  30% rotate left 35 arrange on top right, duplicate & mirror

element 56 resize  35% arrange in flowers, in between layers duplicate & mirror

element 23 resize  15% rotate right 35 arrange in the flowers, duplicate, drag up to top right corner, duplicate & mirror

Copy & paste paper 5 as a new layer above the white background

element 45 resize  75% arrange beside yellow flowers on the right, duplicate & mirror drag over closer to the original cluster of white flowers

element 18 arrange on right behind other yellow flowers, erase the ones that are on the tube

paste them again, resize 45%, duplicate 3 times and arrange around in between the two white flowers layers

element 16 resize  55% arrange in front of main tube on left

element 25 resize  65% arrange on far right in front of yellow flowers

element 38 resize  40% arrange by basket on left

element 39 resize  55% arrange in white flowers

copy and paste paper 8 above the white background

element 40 resize  55% rotate right 70 arrange on right side

element 39 resize  55% arrange on the top left, behind the tube

element 8 resize  45% arrange on left, behind the flower

element 20 resize  25% arrange on top of toadstood

element 14 arrange just on top of the tube layer, erase the bits that hang out of the bottom and 

show below the other elements

element 31 resize  65% arrange across bottom

element 27 arrange above the mask layer
