open element 38 copy and paste as a new layer
click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, selections, invert
open a new raster layer and make sure you are on that layer
open  paper 13 copy and paste paper into selection. Leave selected
Open your tube, copy & paste as a new layer, resize 70%
arrange in frame and erase bits you don't want hanging out of the frame
