Here's a new tag I made using the artwork of Charles Bristow at Artistically Inclined Licencing and a scrapkit by Farrah at Designer Scraps.

Immortal Love

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Creepy Cuties, which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using  Immortal Love, a PTU kit from Designs by Stina

Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas, 750 x 750 white background.

Open frame 9, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 80%,

click inside it with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3, selections, invert.

Open paper 23, copy and paste as a new layer, click delete on your keyboard, leave selected, drag this layer below your frame layer.

Open your close up tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange inside the frame.

Duplicate the tube. On the top tube layer, adjust blur, gaussian blur 5, change the opacity to soft light.

On the bottom tube layer, change the opacity to Luminance(L).

Open heart splatter 2, copy and paste as a new layer, drag down so it's just above the white background layer. Resize to 80%, duplicate and rotate the duplicate right 90

Open banner 2, copy and paste as a new layer. Resize by 45%, rotate right by 12

Open rose 12, resize by 25%, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange it over the ribbon, duplicate and mirror.

Add your mask if you're using one.

Crop and resize, add your name and copyright info then save.

Winter White

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using White Christmas, a PTU by Farrah's Designer Scraps.

Font of choice, I am using Orange Fizz

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I used 1,1, 50, 5 throughout.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 850 x 850 white background.

Open frame 2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 38%.

Click inside it with your magic wand, expand by 2.

Open a paper of your choice, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 38%.

Selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard.

Keep selected.

Open your close up tube, copy and paste as a new layer,

arrange in your frame, click delete on your keyboard and deselect.

Change the blend mode to luminance (L).

Add the following elements:

Pinecones, resize by 25%

Trees, resize by 25% then 90%

Snowman, resize by 25%

Click on your frame layer, selections, modify, expand 15.

Add a new raster layer above the background layer, flood fill with #787c7b.

Deselect

Adjust blur, gaussian blur by 15 or 25 depending on what you like.

Add your main tube.

Crop, resize, add you copyrights and name, then save!

Crazy Attitude

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use. This particular tube is a Limited Edition tube that is only up for the month of November 2012 with a $10 purchase, so if you're looking for it on the site after this date, chances are you won't find it.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Freak Like Me, a PTU kit by Lexi Creationz Scrapz.

Font of choice, I am using Aquarelle

Mask of your choice

Let's get started!

Open template, shift D to duplicate, close the original.
Delete the Cr Info layer, I have CCA layer and small arrows layer.

Flood fill the background layer with white.

Make Dk Pink Left Square layer active, click on it with your magic wand, selections, invert.
Open paper of your choice, copy and paste as a new layer, click delete on your keyboard. Deselect.
Delete the original layer.

Do the same as above to fill all the template layers. (or just fill with colors from your tube if you want to add some other colors into it)

Click inside the middle circle with your magic wand, open your close up tube, copy and paste as a new layer and arrange it, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard.
Lower opacity of the tube to about 50.

Copy and paste your main tube arrange to the left.

Add any elements you want.

Crop, resize, add your copyright and name then save.

Hope Whispers

For this tutorial you will need the following:

I got my tube when I was a member of his forum and he was doing special tubes for the Stalker of the Month members. He then moved the tube to his store, but I don't see it there anymore.

Click inside it with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3.
Open paper 6, copy and paste as a new layer, drag between the white background
and the frame, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard and leave selected.
Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange.
Take your eraser tool and erase the bits you don't want showing
over your frame. Deselect.

Add elements, I used:

Flower doodle, resized by 80%
Corset, resized by 45%, rotate left by 12
Shoes, resized 38%, mirror
Nail polish, resized 25%
Lipstick, resized 25%
Cupcake 2, resized 25%
Kitty, resized 35%
Charm 1, resize by 50%

Add your mask.

Crop and resize.

Add your copyright and name, then save

Autumn

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey, which you need a license to use. I got my tubes at PTE when he was there. He now has his own independent store.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit by Honored Scraps called Harvest Moon.

Font of choice, I am using House Sitter's club

Mask: VixMask260

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 750 x 750 white background.

Open element 23, copy and paste as a new layer.

With your magic wand set to Add(Shift) click inside each of the squares.

Selections, invert.

Open paper 6, copy and paste as a new layer, click delete on your keyboard,

drag it below the frame layer, leave selected.

Open one of your tubes, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange in the frame,

click delete on your keyboard. Leave selected.

Open your other tube, do the same as above, arranging in the other side

of your frames. Deselect.

Hide the white background layer, merge visible.

Rotate to the left by 8.

Open element 3, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange along the bottom of the frame.

Open element 10, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange below the "autumn" element

along the bottom left. Duplicate, image mirror.

Open element 2, resize by 35%, copy and paste, move to the bottom right.

Do the same with elements 39 & 40, except resize by 30%, arrange on

bottom left.

Open element 50, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 45%,

arrange behind the frame, in the middle.

Open paper 6, copy and paste as a new layer, just above the white background.

Apply your mask.

Open the mask in psp, go to Layers, new mask layer, from image,

find the mask in the drop down box, click on it

click ok, delete the mask,

click ok, then merge group.

drop the opacity of the mask layer to about 65%

Resize the mask layer to about 85%.

Crop, resize, add your copyright & name, then save!

Witch's Treat

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of  Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit by Alika's Scraps called October Treats.

Open a new canvas 750 x 750 white background. 

Open as42, resize by 75%, copy and paste as a new layer.

Holding down your shift key, click inside both

sides of the frame.

Selections, modify, expand 2, invert.

Open paper 8, copy and paste as a new layer between the frame and white background

Click delete on your keyboard and leave selected.

Open a tube, copy and paste as a new layer, resize if needed, arrange in the frame, click delete on your keyboard.

Do the same with another tube for the opposite side of your frame. Deselect.

Hide the white background layer and merge visible.

Open your main tube, copy and paste as a new layer, resize if needed. 

For mine, I resized by 50% then by 70%.

Arrange in the middle of the frame.

Add elements. I used:

as18, resized by 71% then 65%, duplicate & mirror

as41, resized by 30%

as7, resize by 45%

Crop, resize, add your name

and your copyright info & save.

Zombified

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Danielle Gransaull which you need a license to use.  You can find her work at AIL.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Zombified, a PTU kit by Crafted by Gina, which you can find at Designer Scraps. 

Font of choice, I am using 1 Punk

Open a new canvas 750 x 750, white background.

Open frame 2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 80%.

Take your selection tool set on rectangle and start in the upper left side in the black section and pull it down to the bottom right side, selections, invert.

Open paper 5, copy and paste as a new layer, between the white background and the frame. 

click delete on your keyboard, leave selected.

Open your close up tube, mirror it, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange how you want it

click delete on your keyboard and deselect. Drop the opacity to around 55.

Open your main tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange on the right side.

Add your elements. I used the following:

Blood, resize 55%

Spider01, resize 40%, turn to left 90

Bats, resize 40%

Cat, resize 30%

Confetti, resize 45%, arrange on right, duplicate, 

mirror rotate left 45 arrange on bottom left

Crop, resize, add your copyright/credits as needed.

Add your name, and save!

Times Past

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Times Past, which is an exclusive collab that you can purchase at Designer Scraps. I am using Krissy's portion of the kit for this tut. 

Font of choice, I am using Pushkin

Open a new template 750 x 750, white background.

Open frame 1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 70%, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 3. Open paper 6, resize by 70%, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard & leave selected.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer just above the paper we just put inside the frame, arrange how you want, click delete on your keyboard, deselect.

Paste your tube on again, this time resize it by 45% (if using the same one as I am, otherwise, resize it to whatever size fits your tag). Arrange it over the top of the frame (see tag for reference).

Open bird ornament 2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 50%, mirror, arrange somewhere on the top of the frame.

Open foliage, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 80%, arrange along the bottom.

Open flower 1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize about 25%, duplicate, arrange each on on opposite ends of the foliage. Duplicate one and resize that one by about 80%, arrange somewhere along the top of foliage.

Open clock 1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize to about 33%, arrange on the right side of the foliage, drag this layer below the foliage layer.

Open leather gloves 1, resize by 20%, arrange by your tube & foliage.

Crop & resize.

Add any text & copyright/credits needed.

Sweet Love

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Yuvirae which you need a license to use.  You can get it at Aristically Inclinded Licensing. 

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Love Me, a PTU kit by Farrah's Designer Scraps. 

Font of choice, I am using 5th Grader

Open new canvas 750 x 750 white background.

Open frame 1, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 28%, rotate to the right by 80.

Click inside it with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3.

Open paper 10, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 20%, drag below the frame and arrange it how you want. Selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard and leave selected.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange where you want it within the frame, duplicate. Make sure the original is below the frame, and the copy is above the frame, hide the copy.

Take your eraser tool and erase the parts of the tube you don't want hanging below the frame, then deselect.

Unhide the top tube layer, erase the parts hanging over the frame. 

Open Love Me Words, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 23%, drag down so that it is just above the white background layer.

Open ribbon 2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 13%, duplicate and mirror, arrange them each on the bottom (see tag for reference).

Open flower 6, resize by 17%, arrange along the bottom center.

Open Scatter, copy and paste as a new layer, rotate to the right by 20, duplicate and mirror. Add drop shadow so that you can see the white ones. Arrange along the left and right sides, make sure to drag these two layers just above the words layer.

Add your copyright/credits as needed & your name.

Crop, resize and save.

Tiki Island Fun

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey, which you need a license to use. At the time of this tut, he was still at PTE. The store is closing and he announced that he is going independent. 

Scrap kit of choice. I am using LK Designs kit Island Fun.

Font of choice, I am using KonTikiKona

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 600 x 250, white background.

Open paper 3, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange it where you want in the canvas. Now make the white background layer active, grab your crop tool, up on the top of your toolbar, click snap selection to and then pick the middle icon (layer opaque) then double click on your canvas.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer on the right. 

Add the following elements, amounts to resize are beside the element name

Torch

Palm Tree, 75%, duplicate, mirror

Cloud 1, 75%

Tiki Mask 2, 56%

Hammock, 54%

Set your background color to #64cae2 and foreground to #de5d9c

Click on the white background layer. 

Selections, select all, modify, set selection borders, set at 2

Add a new raster layer at the top, fill with the foreground color. Deselect.

Click the little arrows to switch the foreground and background color. 

Now do the above steps again, this time make the new layer below the pink layer we just did, and set the selection borders at 4, fill with the blue.

Switch your colors again, repeat the above steps, set selection borders at 7, fill with the pink.

Merge these three layers together, add your drop shadow if you like it there.

Pull the tube layer up so it's above the frame layer.

Delete the bottom white background layer.

Add your copyright and any text you'd like

Avatar:

Open a new canvas 150 x 150

Copy and paste your background layer from your tag into the avatar.

Do the same with the Tiki Mask and your tube.

Do the frame around the avatar the same way we did with the tag using the same settings we used for the tag.

Add your text and copyright info as needed.

Save the tag and avatar and you're done!

Time Heals

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Three tubes of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey which you need a license to use. At the time of writing this tut, he was at PTE, but they announced they will be closing as of the end of August 2012. You might check his site here to see where his store is, as he announced he will be going independent.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Time Heals by Farrah's Designer Scraps.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted. 

Let's get started!

Open the template, delete the top layer (my credits).

Change the canvas size to about 850 x 750, we'll crop it in the end, we just want room to work for now.

Make background one layer active, click in it with your magic wand, selections, invert.

Open paper 1, resize by 20%, copy and paste as a new layer. Click delete on your keyboard, leave selected.

Open your first tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange within the frame how you want it. Click delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Change the blend mode to Luminance(L) or another that suits you. Delete the original template background layer.

Do the same for backgrounds 2 and 3, using papers 8 & 3 and using a different tube in each one.

Now go back to frame 1 layer, make sure you are on that layer, click inside it with your magic wand. Add a new raster layer, flood fill with a color that compliments. Adjust, add/remove noise, add noise, with the following settings:

Uniform, monochrome checked, 100%. Make sure to add your drop shadow to the frame. Delete the original template frame.

Do the same for frames 2 & 3.

Once you get done with filling all the frames, Click on frame one, merge down onto the tube layer and again onto the background layer. Do this again for frame 2 and frame 3 sets. This way you have each tube, frame and background separate So that we can move them around a bit more easily.

Grab your crop tool, click on your tag, and drag the edges so that they are almost touching the edges of your tag, then double click on it. We're doing this because some of the papers may have hung over the edge of the tag and when we move the picture frames around the hidden bits outside your canvas will show and we don't want that!

Move your frames around a bit so they are more to your liking.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer. If you use the same tube as me, resize by 85%

 Now we'll start adding elements.

Add whichever you'd like. I added the following and any amount I resized will be beside it.

Lace 2, 25%, erase any bits that hang too far over the frames, arrange along the bottom

Flower, 15%, arrange around the bottom middle, duplicate & mirror arrange on the top (see tag for reference). Duplicate the one on the bottom again, image, rotate to the right by 90. Take the eraser tool and erase most of the white bits from it.

Shells, 14%

Light, 20%

Bottle, 14%

Flower 2, 10%, rotate left by 88, mirror, duplicate, merge down

Crop it, then resize.

Open paper 5, resize to 600 x 600 pixels. Copy and paste as a new layer, drag it to just above the white background layer.

Open your mask, go to layers, new mask, from image, find the mask in the drop down menu,

click ok. Go to your layer palette, click on the mask and choose to delete it.

Merge group. 

It wasn't dark enough or large enough but I wanted that paper and mask, 

so I duplicated the mask a few times, resized it by 130%, then went to

Brightness and Contrast with the brightness set at -53 and contrast at 53.

Add your copyrights and credits as needed and your name and you're done.

Little Love Notes

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use. 

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Tearful Love by Alika's Scraps. 

Font of choice, I am using Dagobert.

Let's get started!

Add a drop shadow to the elements as you need to throughout the tut. I used 1, 1, 50, ,5 unless otherwise noted.

Open a new canvas 750 x 750 with a white background.

Open element AS26, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 50%, rotate to the right by 90.

Click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3, invert.

Open paper 10, copy and paste as a new layer, drag below the frame, click delete on your keyboard.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange where you want, take your eraser tool and erase the bits that hang over the frame.

Add the following elements resized to the amount beside it:

AS46, arrange on top left, duplicate, mirror, flip, merge together

drop opacity to about 60

AS95, 65%

AS81, 75%

AS70, mirror

AS83, 45%

AS54, 45%

AS85, 35%

Crop, resize, add text, copyright info and/or credits as needed.

Save and you're done!

Cat Attack

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Cat Attack by Alika's Scraps. 

Font of choice, I am using Imelda

Plugins: No outside filters used

Let's get started!

I use a drop shadow on the tubes and elements throughout as needed, and I use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise note.

Open a new canvas 750 x 750 white background.

Open AS25 (the green and blue frames)

Click inside the blue frame, selections, modify, expand by 3, selections, invert.

Open paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer, drag it below the frame. Click delete on your keyboard.

Do the same for the green section of the frame, using paper 7.

Merge these 3 layers together, add your drop shadow, 

rotate to the right by 40.

Open AS21 (pink frame) copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 75%.

Take your magic wand, click in the center of the frame, make sure you also click in the two spots where the bow crosses over into the center part of the frame.

Selections, modify, expand by 3.

Open paper 5, copy and paste as a new layer, drag below your frame, selections, invert,

make sure you are on the paper layer, click delete on your keyboard, leave selected.

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange it in the frame how you want it, resize if necessary.

If you are using the same tube as me, I resized by 85%.

Open AS26, resize by 50%, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange along the bottom of the frames.

Add any elements you like. I used the following, with any resizing info beside it.

AS7, 75%, rotate left 25

AS47, 85%, rotate right 25

AS24, 55%

AS70, duplicate, flip

AS55, 55%

AS01, 55%

AS45, 20% rotate right 25

Crop, resize, add text, copyright and credits as needed

then save!

Good Morning

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Suzanne Woolcott, which you need a license to use. You can get it at her store, here.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using  Good Morning, a PTU kit by Farrah's Designer Scraps, which you can get here.

Font of choice, I am using A Little Pot & AL Meaningful

Open a new canvas 650 x 650 with a white background.

Open frame 2, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 22%.

Click inside it with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3. 

Open paper 2, resize to 600 x 600 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard. Deselect and drag this layer below the frame layer. 

Merge these two layers together, rotate to the left by 20, & add a drop shadow.

Open the good morning card element, resize to 525 pixels on the width. Copy and paste as a new layer, add a drop shadow.

Open frame 3, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 30%.

Click inside it with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 3.

Open paper 9, resize to 600 x 600 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard. Leave selected.

Drag the paper layer below the frame layer. 

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange it how you want it within the frame.

Take your eraser tool and carefully erase the bits you don't want hanging over the edge of the frame.

Deselect, add a drop shadow to your tube and your frame.

Take your preset shapes tool set on ellipse and draw out a circle that just fits over the round frame. DO NOT change to raster, leave as a vector layer.

Set your foreground to white and background to #445270.

We're going to make a curved text here around the frame.

Take your text tool, and where it says "create as" change it to floating. Now hover your text tool over the ellipse you drew out until you see a little curved line pop up under the A. Write out your text "good morning" or whatever you choose to use. You might have to play around with it a bit to find where to start writing your text so it fits across the top of the frame properly.

Once you get that done, deselect the text, add a drop shadow, and delete the ellipse.

Now to add elements. Use whichever elements you'd like. I added the following with any amounts I resized next to it. Add drop shadows where necessary.

Coffee maker, resize by 15%

Coffee, resize by 15%

Pancakes, resize by 12%

Muffin, resize by 12%

Button 2, resize by 45%, duplicate, image mirror

Ribbon, resize by 14%

Open paper 10, resize by 655 x 655, copy and paste as a new layer, just above your white background. 

Open your mask in psp, go to layers, new mask layer, from image, find the mask in the drop down box, click on it, click ok. 

Go to your layer palette, find the mask, delete it, click yes. Merge group.

Crop, resize, add your text, credits and copyright as needed, save & you're done!

It's Winter

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis, which you need a license to use. You can get it here at PTE.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Snow Fighting Allowed, a PTU kit by KiKeKa Kits, which you can get here.

Let's get started!

Open your template delete all the top layers until you get down to raster 6 (all the word art layers need to be deleted).

Resize all layers to 600 x 600, then change the canvas size to 750 x 750. This is just to give us room to work.

Fill the different shapes with a paper by clicking on the layer in the layer palette to make it active, then use your magic wand to click inside the shape, go to selections, invert, copy and paste your paper, then click delete on your keyboard. Deselect, add a drop shadow if needed and delete the original layer. 

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange slightly to the right, add a drop shadow.

Add your elements. I used the following:

Mittens, resize by 13%

Flower3, resize by 15%

Flower6, resize by 10%

Bucket2, resize by 10%

Ribbon4, resize by 10%, duplicate, mirror

Moose2, resize by 25%

Open the ice pond element, resize by 21%, duplicate twice and arrange them stacked like below, then merge them together.

Apply Visman Extravaganza - Transmission, using default settings except change the offset to 10. Drag this layer to the bottom.

Now just crop, resize, add your text and copyright/credit info as needed.

Winter Express

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Keith Garvey, which you need a license to use. You can get it here at PTE.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using  Snowflake Dreams by Honored Scraps which you can find here.

 I use the drop shadow of 1, 1, 50, 5 throughout unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open your template, press shift + D on your keyboard to duplicate, close the original template.

Delete the snowflakes layer.

Resize to 600 x 440, then change the canvas size to 800 x 600. Un-hide the white background layer, make sure it's the active layer, and flood fill with white. 

Make shape layer active, click inside it with your magic wand. Open  paper 15, copy and paste as a new layer, invert, click delete on your keyboard. Add a drop shadow, delete the original black shape layer.

Do the same as above on rectangle 1 and rectangle 2 layers using paper 8.

Fill the oval layer as you did with the other layers above, using paper 12.

Add a drop shadow to the dotted oval layer.

Fill the rectangle layer (larger pink one) using paper 1, follow the steps above.

Fill the thin rectangle (black) using paper 14.

Make the rectangle (top pink one in middle with the white frame) active. Selections, select all, float, defloat, add a new raster layer, flood fill with #1285a2. Leave selected.

Open your tube, copy and paste your close up as a new layer, arrange where you want it, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard. Deselect.

Delete the original rectangle layer, do not add a drop shadow to this.

Change the blend mode on the tube to Luminance, drop the opacity to about 60.  

Add a drop shadow to the following layers: frame & rectangle back.

Make the word art layer active. Selections, select all, float, defloat. Add a new raster layer, flood fill the words that are darker pink with #1285a2 and the ones that are lighter pink with #5caec4. Delete the original word art layer. Merge down the flood filled layer with the word art back layer, add a drop shadow.

Add your main tube, drag that layer below the word art layer. Add a drop shadow.

Add whatever elements you'd like to your tag. I used the following, add drop shadow as you go along.

Tree 7, resize by 125%

Snowflake 12, resize by 25%

Hollyberry 2, resize by 50%

Copy and paste paper 6 just above the white background layer. Open your mask, go to layers, new mask layer, from image, find the mask in the drop down menu, click ok, click yes to the box that pops up. Merge group. Resize by 110%

Crop your tag, resize if needed. 

Add your name, copyright and credits as needed.

Wonderland

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac, which you need a license to use. You can get it at his store.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Wisterias of Winter, a PTU kit by Soxsational Scraps. You can get it here.

Open your template, resize to about 580 x 528 pixels. Change the canvas size to 700 x 700.

Delete raster 5, copy of merged, merged and raster 4.

Flood fill raster 1 with white to make it a bit easier to see what you are doing while making your tag.

Make the layer, merged, active. Click inside it with your magic wand. Open paper 8, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard. Deselect and delete the original layer. Add drop shadow.

Do the same for raster 3 layer using paper 11.

Do the same for raster 6 and raster 2 using papers 9 and 12.

Make the merged squares layer active, click inside with your magic wand, copy and paste paper 4, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard, leave selected.

Open one of your close up tubes, copy and paste as a new layer. Arrange it within the squares, click delete on your keyboard. Deselect. Delete the original grey squares.

Duplicate the tube. On the top layer, adjust, blur, gaussian blur by 3. Change the blend mode to soft light.

On the original layer, adjust hue and saturation, change both to 0. Drop the opacity to about 60.

Add any elements you'd like. I used the following, with any amount I resized them by beside the element.

Flower frame, resize by 90%(erase bits that hang over right side.)

Winter flower scatter 3

Winter tree 3

Flower 3, resize by 17%

Polar bear, resize by 80%

Wonderland word art

Copy and paste paper 10 just above the white background layer. Add mask by opening your mask in psp, going to layers, new mask layer, from image. Find your mask in the drop down box, click ok. In the layers palette, delete the mask, click ok, then merge group. I then resized mine by 103%.

Add your full sized tube, crop, resize.

Add your text, copyright and credits as needed.

Diamond in the Rac

For this tutorial you will need the following:

I used 1, 1, 50, 5 for the drop shadows throughout this tut.

Open a new canvas 700 x 700, white background.

Open frame 3, copy and paste as a new layer, resize by 60% then by 65%. Click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand by 2.

Open paper 9, resize to 600 x 600 pixels, copy and paste as a new layer below the frame layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard, leave selected.

Copy and paste your close up tube, position as you like, click delete on your keyboard, deselect. Make sure to drag it below your frame.

Copy and paste your main tube as a new layer, add drop shadow.

Add any elements you'd like. These are the ones I added, with the amounts I resized them by. Add drop shadow as you go as needed.

Flourish 1, resize by 25%, rotate left by 20

Leaves 1, resize by 18%

Flower 8, resize by 10%

Diamond scatter 1, resize by 40 then 35

Crop, resize, add text, credits and copyright as needed, then save.
