Liberty Facebook Timeline Set

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X7, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Alicia Mujica (Liberty tube)which you need a license to use.  
This tube comes in a two pack, with both a front and back view of the tube.

Scrap kit of choice. I am using the matching kit, Independence Day by Alicia Mujica

Font of choice, I am using Claudia

Plugins: Xero Porcelain




Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.
 

Let's get started!

We're going to make a timeline and avatar for facebook. If you want a tag set for a forum, just

change the sizes of the canvas to fit your group sizes. You may have to make the elements

resized at different amounts to make it all fit how you'd like, but just play around with it 

Open a  new canvas 851 x 315 pixels with a white background

Flood fill background with #3a5f7d

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer, resize 80%

Open corner ribbons, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 30%, arrange on the bottom left side

Duplicate your tube, on the top layer, adjust blur, gaussian 10, set opacity to soft light

On the bottom tube layer, use Xero Porcelain, 50, 128, 128, 0, 0, 255

Crop your image, on the white background layer,

selections, select all, float, defloat, contract 10, selections, invert

Add a new raster layer at the top, flood fill #c92d26

Selections, modify, contract 5, add a new raster layer on top of the previous one, 

flood fill with white, deslect

Open a new canvas 200 x 200 pixels

copy and paste your background

merge tube layers together, copy and paste. 

Crop image,

add a frame the same way we did for the banner, except change amount to contract to 7.

I didn't do the white inside this frame

add your copyright and credits as needed
add your text and save

¡Empecemos!

Vamos a hacer una línea de tiempo y un avatar para Facebook. Si quieres una etiqueta para un foro, solo
cambie los tamaños del lienzo para que se ajuste a los tamaños de su grupo. Puede que tenga que hacer los elementos
cambiar el tamaño en diferentes cantidades para que todo encaje como quieras, pero solo juega con eso

Abra un nuevo lienzo de 851 x 315 píxeles con un fondo blanco
Fondo de relleno de inundación con # 3a5f7d
Copie y pegue su tubo como una nueva capa, cambie el tamaño del 80%

Abrir cintas de esquina, copiar y pegar como una nueva capa, cambiar el tamaño del 30%, organizar en el lado inferior izquierdo

Duplica tu tubo, en la capa superior, ajusta el desenfoque, gaussiano 10, establece la opacidad a la luz suave
En la capa inferior del tubo, use Xero Porcelain, 50, 128, 128, 0, 0, 255

Recorta tu imagen, en la capa de fondo blanco,
selecciones, seleccionar todo, flotar, defloat, contrato 10, selecciones, invertir
Agregue una nueva capa ráster en la parte superior, relleno de inundación # c92d26
Selecciona, modifica, contrae 5, agrega una nueva capa ráster sobre la anterior,
relleno de inundación con blanco, deslect


Abra un nuevo lienzo de 200 x 200 píxeles
copia y pega tu fondo
fusionar capas de tubos, copiar y pegar.
Delimitar imagen,
agregue un marco de la misma manera que lo hicimos para el banner, excepto cambiar el monto para contraer hasta 7.
No hice el blanco dentro de este marco


agregue sus derechos de autor y créditos según sea necesario
agrega tu texto y guarda
