Snow Queen

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of The Hunter (Snow Queen) which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit by Bibi's Collection, Snow Queen, which is a match to the tube 

Font of choice, I am using Dreamer

Mask: Vix Big Mask 1

Plugins: No outside plugins

I do use Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow on all my copyrights/credits layers

I do this because some forums will make a .png tag show up with a black background and then your

copyright doesn't show. 

Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 1000 x 800 pixels with a white background

Add the following, you may have to check my tag for a good idea of placement

element 62 resize 45% arrange below the frame

element 36 resize 45% arrange to the right of and behind 62 so it runs along the side of the frame

element 32  arrange between 36 & 62

element 22 resize 35% arrange at the bottom, just above the tower element layer

element 63 resize 35% arrange on left

element 15 arrange on right, duplicate mirror and drag back to the right

element 64 resize 35% arrange along the bottom in the center

element 1 resize 45% arrange between logs on bottom left

element 66 resize 45% arrange on bottom right

element 68 resize 45% arrange by tube

element 53 resize 20% arrange on pine tree in center

add your main tube, resize 65% place on right

copy & paste paper 3 above white background

apply your mask

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save

It's Winter Time

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Scrap kit of choice. I am using Sad Winter by Black Widow Creationz which matches the tube 

Font of choice, I am using Dreamer

Mask of your choice

Open a new canvas 850 x 850 pixels with a white background

open element 29 copy and paste as a new layer 

click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2, selections, invert

open paper 10 copy and paste as a new layer click delete on your keyboard

open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 75% arrange in the frame

take your eraser tool and erase what you don't want sticking out of the frame

add the following elements:

element 31 resize 40% arrange on the bottom left

element 30 resize 40% arrange to the right of bear

element 5 resize 55%  arrange to the left of and above the bear

element 3 resize 35% arrange to the right of the red shape on the bottom

element 32 resize 35% arrange on the far right

element 19 resize 35% arrange between candy and hat on the bottom

add paper 5 above the white background and apply your mask

add element 27, resize 110% arrange on the bottom right, duplicate & pull the duplicate up to the top left

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save

Sad Xmas

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of The Hunter called Sad Xmas which you need a license to use.  

Scrap kit of choice. I am using a PTU kit Sad Xmas by Pudn Scraps, which is a match to the tube   

Font of choice, I am using Caneletter Script

Plugins: No outside plugins used

penguin & north pole sign resize 30% arrange in front of tree on left

bulb box resize 25% arrange in front of tree

cats 2 resize 15% arrange by penguin

winter scene arrange behind everything, just above white background layer

Copy and paste your tube, resize 45% arrange by tree

crop and resize

add your copyright and credits as needed

add your text and save
