Pretty Denise

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac which you need a license to use.  

This tube was not yet in the store when I posted this tut, but it will be available very soon

Scrap kit of choice. I am using the matching scrap kit for this tube, which is also coming soon, and will be in the Ismael Rac store as soon as the tube is.  The kit is called 2013 Pretty Denise and is by Sandy's Design

Font of choice, I am using Marguerite

Plugins: Visman Extravaganza Transmission

Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 850 x 850 pixels with a white background

Open frame 2, copy and paste as a new layer, rotate right by 90

Click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2

Open paper 2, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard,

leave selected

Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange in the frame, click delete on your keyboard.

Deselect. Change the blend mode on the tube to Luminence(L)

Hide the white background layer, merge visible, unhide white background layer.

Duplicate your framed layer twice

Rotate one to the left by 30, and one to the right 30

merge the two duplicates together, blur gaussian by about 45

Apply Visman Extravaganza with the following settings top to bottom:

Copy and paste your main tube, resize by 50% if you are using the same as me

Now we'll add elements. Check my tag for exact placement reference:

glitter

fluffy, resize 45%

shoe 1, resize 45%

perfume 1, resize 45%

eyeshadow 1 resize 45%

lipgloss resize 45%

lipstick 2 resize 18%

Ribbon 3 resize 50%

fan 1 resize 40%

Crop and resize
