With Love

For this tutorial you will need the following:

Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.

Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of  Verymany, which you need a license to use.
Tube available at SATC

Scrap kit of choice. I am using With Love by Amy Maries Scraps,

it's part of a wonderful collab for Patty Beyer. You can find it at Treasured Scraps 

Font of choice, I am using Orion Script

Mask: Monti's Circle Mask go part way down the page

and it's the one that says "Monti's Circle Mask" right above it.

Plugins: No outside plugins used

Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.

Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.

Let's get started!

Open a new canvas 850 x 850 pixels with a white background.

Open element 42, copy and paste as a new layer

Take your freehand selection tool set on point to point and start clicking around the gems in the frame.

Go about in the middle of each gem you click. Go all the way around your frame, once you get back to where you started, double click on your mouse.

You should have something like this:

Click selections, invert, open paper 1, copy and paste as a new layer just above the white

background layer, arrange in the frame, click delete on your keyboard 

leave selected.

Open your tube, mirror it, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange on the right.

Change the blend mode to soft light, deselect.

Change your tube back to how it originally faced, copy and paste as a new layer,

resize 60%, arrange on the left.

Now add your elements. I used the following (see my tag for exact placement)

element 16, resize 60% place on bottom in center

element 24, flip, resize 60%, arrange on right, duplicate & mirror

element 25, rotate right 30, resize 60%, arrange so it's just peeking out above element 24

element 36, resize 30%, arrange on right, duplicate and mirror

element 17, resize 60%, arrange on right, duplicate & mirror

element 18, resize 55% arrange on right

element 32, resize 20% arrange over one of the flower branches on the bottom right

element 35, resize 35% arrange on bottom right, under the branches & flowers

element 35, resize 75% arrange on right between some of the flower layers

element 2, resize 45%, mirror, arrange on right

Add paper 10 right above your white background and apply your mask

delete the mask from your layer palette and merge group

Crop & resize

add your copyrights and credits as needed

add your text and save
