Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.
Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 unless otherwise noted.
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 850 x 850 with a white background.
Open frame, copy and paste as a new layer
click inside with your magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2
Open paper 5, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard.
Make sure this layer is below your frame, leave selected
Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, erase the bits that hang over the bottom of the frame
Add the following, check my tag for exact placement:
Chair, resize 60% arrange on left
Mad Hatter, resize 45% put him in the chair
white rabbit, resize 60%
foilage, arrange on right, duplicate, resize 80%, drag down a little, duplicate and drag down, mirror and bring back on right
Flower, arrange, duplicate 3 or 4 times, resize some by 80%, and mirror some, arrange above and between the foilage
Merge all the flower & foilage layers together, duplicate and mirror
Crown, resize 40% arrange on left behind flowers & foilage
Books, resize 40% arrange on bottom right
cake on plate, resize 40% arrange on bottom right, on top of books
magic potion, resize 40% arrange on bottom right by books
Sugar, resize 30% arrange on top right behind foilage
Teapot, resize 30%, rotate left 15, arrange partway down the foilage, erase bits so it looks like the bottom of it is behind the flowers (I usually drop the opacity to about 50 so I can see where the flowers are and it helps for erasing)
Tea, resize 35% arrange below the teapot in the foilage, erase some of it like we did the teapot so it looks nestled in the foilage
Queen of hearts, resize 45%, arrange on the top, behind the crown
Chess pieces, resize 25%, arrange through the foilage on the left like we did the tea service on the right, erasing bits as needed
Falling cards, arrange on left behind frame & above framed background
crop and resize
