For this tutorial you will need the following:
Paint Shop Pro, I am using PSP X, you should be able to use any version.
Tube of choice, I am using the artwork of Ismael Rac which you need a license to use.
This tube is not yet in the store and is a preview of tubes coming soon to the store.
It will be in the store within a day or two of this tut being published.
Scrap kit of choice. I am using 2013 Hot Baking, which is the matching scrap kit by Kandii Popz
which will be available for purchase in Ismael Rac's store as soon as the tube is released.
The kit comes in two different choices, red & gold or purple & turquoise.
Font of choice, I am using Porongo
Plugins: No outside plugins
Just remember that my choices of papers and elements is just a suggestion, change it up and make it yours! You don't have to follow mine exactly.
Add a drop shadow of your choosing to tubes & elements throughout. I usually use 1, 1, 50, 5 and I also used 5, -2, 50, 5 for some of the stuff on the left side of the tag (or just use what looks right to you
Let's get started!
Open a new canvas 850 x 850 with a white background
Open frame 2 , copy and paste as a new layer, resize 75%
click inside with magic wand, selections, modify, expand 2
Open paper 8, copy and paste as a new layer, selections, invert, click delete on your keyboard,
Open oven, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 75%
Open your tube, copy and paste as a new layer, arrange on left of frame
If using the same tube as me, resize 45%
Open the cookie jar, copy and paste as a new layer, resize 45%, mirror and arrange on the oven
(yes I know cookies don't go on top of the oven, but we need to be creative and use what we have here! lol)
Stack of cookies, resize 25% arrange on stove by cookie jar
Now we'll arrange the other elements around the frame.
Use the following and check my tag for exact placement:
